boasts a track record of 25 years of providing quality and consistent food manufacturing
as well as helping restaurants, convenience stores, and retailers develop new taste
ideas. Our Technical Services team boasts Food Chemists and a Quality Assurance
Department. Having this talent on staff delivers the finest products and the highest
return on investment for our customers. We specialize in runs ranging from a minimum
of 2,000 gallons (16,000 lbs.) per year and up.
Our entire team is committed to carefully crafting our clients’ sauces and dressings
to exacting specifications, innovating to capitalize on emerging trends, and embracing
the belief that at Arcobasso, “every batch counts”. Our “attitude of excellence”

HISTORY
Arcobasso has been creating custom dressings and sauces for the food industry since
1987. The company was founded on the concept of customization, and that still holds
true today. We understand that in the food business, timing is key and we take pride
in our swift speed-to-market capabilities. We have the flexibility to create custom
dressings and sauces for a variety of customers including multi-unit restaurant
chains, grocery store chains, and food distributors. At Arcobasso, it’s about customization,

Leadership
| Pat Newsham, President and Partner
Pat Newsham is President and Partner for Arcobasso Foods, overseeing
sales, production operations and day-to-day activities involving all aspects of
the company. Mr. Newsham’s brother, Tom Newsham, founded Arcobasso Foods in 1987,
on the concept of customization in the food service, restaurant, food distribution
and food retail industry. Mr. Newsham began working alongside his brother on the
manufacturing floor and in grocery sales in 1991, leading to his position as Vice
President of sales for more than 10 years. In 2009, Mr. Newsham and his business
partner, Mark Miner, bought Arcobasso Foods from his brother. Under Mr. Newsham’s
lead, Arcobasso Foods still provides a variety of customizable sauces, dressings
and marinades, as well as a wide range of packaging options. Mr. Newsham holds a
Bachelor of Science in Personal Finance from the University of Missouri. |
| Mark Miner, Partner and Senior Vice President
of Sales
Mark Miner is Partner and Senior Vice President of Sales for Arcobasso Foods, overseeing
sales functions, administration, finance and customer service. Mr. Miner has an
extensive background in sales and management, with almost 20 years of experience.
In 2009, Mr. Miner bought Arcobasso foods with his business partner, Pat Newsham.
Prior to becoming Partner and Senior Vice President of Sales, Mr. Miner worked at
Arcobasso Foods as Vice President of Sales for two years. Before coming to Arcobasso
Foods, Mr. Miner worked in management consulting for Big Four Firms in St. Louis
for seven years. Mr. Miner holds a Bachelor of Science in accounting and finance
from Missouri State University and a Master of Business Administration from St.
Louis University. |
| Matt Pudlowski, Chief Financial and Operating Officer
Matt Pudlowski is Chief Financial and Operating Officer for Arcobasso Foods, overseeing the financial and operating areas of the company. Mr. Pudlowski joined Arcobasso as part of the Major Peters’ beverage acquisition in August of 2013. Mr. Pudlowski brings with him more than 22 years of food and beverage experience gained while working at Ralcorp Holdings, Inc., most recently as its Vice President of Business Development and Investor Relations. Mr. Pudlowski also spent several years working in multiple production facilities in varying financial capacities. Mr. Pudlowski holds a Bachelor of Science in finance from the University of Dayton and a Master of Business Administration from St. Louis University. |

Arcobasso manufactures all dressings and sauces at our SQF Level 2 certified facility
in St. Louis, Missouri. This assures you of the highest level of quality in every
bottle and every batch subjecting our facilities to annual third party audits. SQF
Level 2, which focuses on food safety, is a Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI)
benchmarked scheme that is increasingly recognized within the food industry. SQF
certification allows food safety and quality systems to be verified and validated
throughout the food chain, increasing brand protection, consumer confidence and
loyalty. SQF is recognized by retailers, foodservice providers and regulatory agencies
around the world that require ACCP food safety and quality management systems by
their suppliers.
