What Is Custom Sauce Manufacturing?
Custom sauce manufacturing is taking the finest ingredients of herbs, spices, and flavors available and blending them to create an original flavor that is unique to the food industry. We have 16 such custom sauces that come packaged in variety of container options including 12 oz round glass bottles, 12 oz plastic bottles, 120 oz plastic bottles, liter bottles, one gallon containers (wide and narrow mouth), as well as polyethylene pouches.
If you are seeking your own signature sauce, we have an in-house chef who will work directly with your company to produce your requested sauce. We can generate your exact recipe; or we will collaborate on creating a novel sauce just for you. After the ingredient mix is completed and tested, you will receive product samples along with nutritional information, ingredients statement, shelf life information, storage recommendations and pH values. We can also coordinate tests for microbiological water activity, viscosity and color. Only after you approve the final recipe, do we start production.

We have large production capabilities suitable for national restaurant or grocery chain requests. And we offer production run minimums as low as 160 gallons, (which is one of the lowest minimum runs in the industry), suitable for individual dining establishments. And we can ship anywhere in the United States.
