Manufacturing Process
As a salad dressing manufacturer, all of our salad dressings adhere to the strictest quality standards during the manufacturing process. Our process uses a continuous blending system to attain the correct degree of emulsification so that the mixture does not break down. During the salad dressing production, this basic blend moves continuously through a series of pumps and heat exchangers as other ingredients are added, and blended for an outstanding, tasty product.
Once blended, the salad dressing then flows to the bottling station. Here, pre-sterilized bottles, containers, jugs, or polyethylene pouches for condiments, move along a conveyer belt as overhead spigots drop pre-measured amounts of dressing into each container. The containers are sealed immediately with metal or plastic caps, your custom labels are added, and final packaging completes the process.
Private Label Production
In addition to the classic types of salad dressings that we produce, we also offer special, custom blending of your salad dressing recipes, which we will produce to your exacting specifications. You can provide us with one of your labels to brand these dressings as your own or our talented graphic artists can create a new label just for your dressing.
