Once a style of dressing or custom manufactured sauce is chosen, our food chemist and chef will work with customers to develop a sample batch for tasting/trial (our chemists also assist with producing a product with a good shelf life. Once ingredients and recipe are determined, and upon client approval, a sample production run is finished and tested, to determine the overall taste and flavor of the product, and for the satisfaction of our customers.
